Ever since Justin Gaston moved into the Miley Cyrus‘ family home in Toluca Lake, CA she’s been battling with her parents, Billy Ray and Mommy Tish have been fighting and even Noah Lindsey and Braison have been ganging up on her, reports Star. The insider dished:

‘Miley’s mom and dad bicker non-stop. Miley Cyrus revealed about her emotional battle with bullying mean girls in her new memoirs, Miles To Go. ‘I never told my parents about bullying. Sometimes I tried to defend myself. Sometimes I apologized. Sometimes I walked away.

I always felt alone. But the night I got the cafeteria threat it seemed like Operation Make Miley Miserable was escalating to a new level. More like Operation Take Miley Down.

I was so scared that I told a friend from cheerleading about it on the phone. Should I skip lunch? ShouId I arm myself with a ketchup bottle and prepare for battle? It was like an afterschool special about the runty girl who gets beat up.

But instead of having and happy ending with an uplifting message about overcoming adversity, this plot would end with my living out the rest of my
life as a twelve-year-old hermit, friendless and alone..

Miley Cyrus reveals the dates she fell in love AND broke up with her ‘Prince Charming‘ (Nick Jonas) in her new book Miles To Go.

“Hannah Montana had only been on air a few months when I went to a benefit for the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation. I remember the exact date: June 11, 2006,” Miley writes.

- “It was the day I met my first love. Let’s call him Prince Charming. I don’t want to use his name because this isn’t about who he is or what I meant to him. It’s about how I felt and what our relationship meant to me.

So we were at this benefit, and I didn’t know anything about the prince except I knew from a friend that he thought I was pretty. He came up to me with bunch of guy friends and introduced himself. Instantly, I wanted them to go to go away and just to be with him.

Prince Charming and I broke up on December 19, 2007. The hardest day ever. My life felt like it had ground to a halt, but the rest of the world kept right on rolling. I was on tour. People were counting on me.” .

“Bad Girl” Miley Cyrus apoligizes AGAIN!!!!! She posted this on her miley world website:

“I want to thank all of my fans for their support not only this week, but always! I really wanted to stress how sorry I am if the photo of me with my friends offended anyone, I have learned a valuable lesson from this and know that sometime my actions can be unintentionally hurtful. I know everything is a part of GODs [sic] ultimate plan, and mistakes happen so that eventually I will become the woman he aspires me to be. Peace and love, Miles.”

Miley Cyrus is responding to criticism that she mocked Asians in a photograph of the tween star stretching the corners of her eyes.

“In NO way was I making fun of any ethnicity!” Cyrus wrote Thursday in a posting on her official Web site. “I was simply making a goofy face. When did that become newsworthy? It seems someone is trying to make something out of nothing to me.”

The photo, making the rounds online, shows the Hannah Montana star and five friends squinting their eyes into a slanted expression. An Asian man sits next to Cyrus, not participating in the group pose.

The OCA, a group dedicated to advancing the social, political and economic well being of Asian Pacific Americans, criticized the 16-year-old star this week for setting “a terrible example for her many young fans” by “mocking and denigrating individuals of Asian descent.”

In a statement, OCA executive director George Wu said the group hopes Cyrus will apologize to her fans.

“Well, (I’m) sorry if those people looked at those pics and took them wrong and out of context!” Cyrus wrote.

Cyrus, who was 13 when she started in the role of Hannah on the Disney Channel show, said she thinks the ordeal would be overlooked if it was someone else and not her.

“I definitely feel like the press is trying to make me out as the new ‘BAD GIRL’!” she wrote. “I feel like now that Britney is back on top of her game again, they need someone to pick on! Lucky me!”

I think Miley shoud Start to take full responsibility instead of blaming other celebrities (Britney Spears) careers.

Miley’s out, Selena’s in? Despite standing behind Miley Cyrus during the fallout over her semi-nude photo for Vanity Fair Magazine, Disney heads are reportedly looking to push the fifteen year old Hannah Montana star out of the spotlight in favor of grooming clean-cut Wizards of Waverly Place star Selena Gomez as their next big star.

Disney executives are so worried about Cyrus’ recent controversies that, more than ever, they want to make Gomez an even bigger star, according to an E! News report.

“Selena sings and acts and is really young,” a spywitness snitches. “She is going to be the next Miley Cyrus. [Disney executives] really want this….The studio has high hopes for this,” E!’s source says.

After a series of questionable photos of Miley have made their way to the media, do you think it’s time for Disney to consider replacing America’s Most Popular Teen?

OCA executive director George Wu, from the US organization dedicated to advancing the well-being of Asian Pacific Americans, has issued this press release: ‘The photograph of Miley Cyrus and other individuals slanting their eyes currently circulating the Internet is offensive to the Asian Pacific American community and sets a terrible example for her many young fans.

This image falls within a long and unfortunate history of people mocking, denigrating individuals of Asian descent. Not only has Miley Cyrus and other individuals in the photograph  encouraged and legitimized the taunting and mocking of people of Asian descent, she has also insulted her many Asian Pacific American fans.

The inclusion of an Asian Pacific American individual in the photo does not make it acceptable. OCA hopes that Miley Cyrus will apologize to her fans and the APA community for this lapse in judgment and takes the opportunity to better understand why the gesture is offensive.’

Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift are teaming up to perform a duet of Tay’s
song ‘Fifteen’ at this weekend’s Grammy Awards. Taylor told Ryan Seacrest this morning: ‘We were trying to figure out different things that would be cool. We all kind of agreed, ‘Wouldn’t it be cool if Miley was up there too and we’re singing together?’ And we’re excited about it.’

 Miley called in from Nashville: ‘This song is perfect for the Grammys.. Thinking you know everything, before realizing the only thing you’re left with are your best friends. We’ve known each other for a while. We’ve definitely been there for each other.’  Miley and Tay have planned to meet up in Nashville tomorrow for ‘some rehearsing and hanging out.’
